The Real Monsters

[Note: Friends of Justice is a personal blog. I speak only for myself.]

“Public and political support for registries remains high. There is little evidence that attitudes have been impacted by a growing body of research showing that public registration, community notification, and residency restrictions do not decrease the incidence of sexual offense. Rates of sexual re-offense have been low both before and after registries, and sex offenses have lower recidivism than almost all other crimes. Further, decades of data consistently show that the majority of sex offenses involve non-strangers and those without prior sex-offense convictions. In other words, there’s scant proof that sex offender registries make us any safer.”

  1. Dear Sir,

I just landed on your blog via that of Father Gordon MacRae, a case I’m sure you a very familiar with.
Here in South Australia we have a very similar case, except, the accused is not a priest but at the time of his accusations (around the year 2000) he had been the longest serving magistrate in our state.
He had put many criminals, drug dealers, corrupt police etc behind bars, giving them very harsh sentences.
My blog, my life story on dieterfischer.com, which may appear confusing to readers, gives details of my findings in the magistrate’s conviction. He has now served 21 years, almost to the day, and was refused in 2019, when he could have been granted parole after 18 years in prison.

To add insult to injury, our authorities have imposed a media blackout – no news on the case since 2019, the year he asked for a parole hearing. The government indicated they want the magistrate behind bars until his death, because he refused to enter a rehabilitation program and/or admit guilt. (How similar to the case of Gordon MacRae!)

My website, as far as I can ascertain, is the only one on the net, which points to a possible miscarriage of justice. You can search the name ‘Peter Liddy’ or go straight to my Book 5, Chapter 13, where you can read my research and the many arguments, which cast doubt that the magistrate did indeed to those evil deeds accused of.

The public never read about the criminal background of the magistrate’s accusers, only that they were young innocent victims, whose life had been ruined. (One of the allegedly abused, the one who initiated the abuse case
is now a successful business man) living in a classy suburb of Melbourne.

Sir, thank you for reading my message. Any response is appreciated.

    God bless

      Hi Gil,

This is Bob Chatelle. I was offline for a while because my hard drive crashed and had to be replaced.

Which web site do you mean? I had assumed you knew about the NCRJ web site since you volunteer for us. But just in case, it is https://ncrj.org.
