On a More Pleasant Note

[Note: Friends of Justice is a personal blog. I speak only for myself.]

Dear Friend of Justice,

My partner, Jim D’entremont, has created a web album with some of his pictures of our recent vacation in Portugal.

We spoke with Bee last night and he did sound much better than he had the day before. At times, he seemed like his old self.

Some day next week David will be bringing him to our apartment in the morning so that we can take care of him for a day.

In our younger days, among the first things we must learn is the etiquette of indulging our friends in their travel and family photos. But this is exceptional. Jim has an eye for composition and interest and this collection is very good.
I lived in Fairhaven for a number of years when I was a commercial fisherman in New Bedford. At the time it was the largest colony of Portuguese outside of Portugal, closely followed by San Diego. They were great shipmates. I hoped you enjoyed them as much as I did.
Thanks for sharing these with me.
    Regards to Jim.

Good to hear that you’ll be spending a day with Mr. Baran. Please pass on to him and Daivid my best wishes for his timely return to health. Getting well is a lot of hard work for the patient. But spending a day with friends sounds like great therapy to me.
You are all in my heart.

    Looking forward,
