The NCRJ has long sponsored the case of Nancy Smith and Joseph Allen. Both are innocent.
We are most pleased that Nancy Smith no longer is burdened by the threat of returning to prison. We hope that this threat is soon lifted for Joseph Allen as well.
We are hopeful that the Governor will soon grant full and unconditional pardons to both Smith and Allen.
