    Great article, great news, great judge. It seems John Swomley has finally got through to the Berkshire County judicial system that the way they’ve been operating all these years will not be allowed to continue. It is incredible to me what a great attorney that guy is, how hard he is willing to fight for his clients, and the tremendous impact he is having. Let’s hope he wins a huge award for his clients and things continue to change.
