More About the NCRJ

The National Center for Reason and Justice was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on 5 April 2002. Here are the Articles of Organization and our current By-Laws.

In June of 2002 the Internal Revenue Service notified us that we were tax-exempt as an organization described under Setcion 501(c)(3) of the tax-code. As a tax-exempt organization we do not file a tax return. Instead, each year we file a Form 990, which gives detailed information about our activities and our finances. Here is our most recent Form 990. You may view our other federal findings at guidestar.com.

Our state filings are also available online. They can be found at mass.gov.
